Marvellous location to parking. Exceptionally comfortable bed, clean bathroom and a safe box, a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, and a fridge in the room. Reasonably priced food plus very kind and good stuff.

We love this place! The location is perfect, right on the main street and close to the biggest gift shop. The staff is amazing, they provided excellent service from the moment we arrived until we checked out. The room was clean and spacious, with all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. The rooftop pool was a pleasant surprise, offering a stunning view of the city. We also enjoyed the delicious breakfast options and the convenience of room service. we highly recommend this hotel to everyone!

Great and modern place, I loved amicable personnel.
The hotel was fairly clean, facilities were GOOD, favourable location very close to the city center and waterpark. The whole experience was great from start to finish, would recomand.

The rooms were clean, comfortable and well-equipped. The hotel offers nice amenities including a great rooftop pool and a good restaurant. The location is convenient for exploring the surrounding area and there are plenty of nearby restaurants and attractions.
Requests for basic accommodations went ignored and the staff seemed overwhelmed and disorganized. The pool area was dirty and dangerous, with sharp objects scattered around and murky water.

We arrived at Atanaya Kuta and were pleasantly surprised by the efficient communication with the hotel staff. They quickly understood our requests and made sure all arrangements were in place. The room interior had a modern touch and was clean, with excellent cleanliness in the bathroom. The air conditioner worked well to cope with Bali's climate, and the shower and water heater system were stable. The hotel also offered a laundry service, which was a convenient perk. our stay was comfortable and hassle-free.

The hotel had two good things that I liked. it was located in a convenient location, close to local markets and restaurants. they had good service and hospitality. I also appreciated the clean towels and sheets in the room.
There were a lot of things I didn't like about this hotel. The worst aspect was the terrible smell that greeted me as I opened the room door.

The hotel is conveniently located next to a big souvenir store and a bank, making it easy to buy souvenirs and get cash. There are also several nice restaurants in the area. The hotel is close to the airport, which is a plus. The family room suite is spacious with two bedrooms and two bathrooms, and breakfast is surprisingly nice.
Some of the rooms don't have windows and can be somewhat smelly.
